625 Kut Down

Description:	Kut Down 625 is a colorless concentrated aqueous solution of active chemical surfactants and lubricants that disperse readily in water. Kut Down 625 provides needed benefits of extra cooling and lubricating while cutting, drilling, boring and coring concrete. Additionally it is a highly effective dust control agent.
Composition:	Kut Down 625 is a pure concentrate of non-foaming wetting agents that is biodegradable and non-staining. A light lubricating film coats blade surfaces and tips that additionally prevents the formation of insoluble mineral salts. Kut Down 625 is non-ionic, anti-corrosive, will not turn rancid and has a neutral pH. According to all available toxicity data, Kut Down 625 is essentially non-toxic when used at specified dilution ratio or higher.
Performance Characteristics:	Coring, boring and cutting blades and bits are cooled and lubricated resulting in greatly extended life. Blade warpage is virtually eliminated. The water/lubricant mixture adds weight to the microscopic particles of concrete-fly. Dust is greatly reduced and operator breathing is less hazardous. Water pump life is greatly extended and in many cases power consumption is reduced. Keep from freezing. If however, product has frozen in container, allow to thaw and agitate slightly before using. Chemical action will not be harmed. Do not use in concentrations stronger than 1:200. Treated water is not fit for human consumption.
