Lubricity Concentrate and Industrial Water Conditioner

Description:

Spindle Bright is a colorless chemical lubricant and surfactant that disperses readily in water to provide needed cleaning and lubricating benefits to cotton picker spindle machines.

Composition:

Spindle Bright is a concentrated non-foaming, non-ionic surfactant with rust inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors and anti-wear agents that provide outstanding protection and cleansing action to cotton picker spindles. It protects against the formation of insoluble calcium and magnesium salts and actually coats the metal with a light lubricating film which provides cooling and lubricating action at vital points.

Spindle Bright is non-toxic when used at specified treat rates and will not stain cotton, nor will it leave scum or stain on any metal parts. It is anti-corrosive, will not turn rancid, and has a neutral pH.

Performance Characteristics:

Spindle Bright helps prevent lint build-up on spindles, lubricates pivot studs, picker bars, spindles, and bevel gears as well as preventing blockage of moistener pad orifices. Spindle Bright improves doffing by maintaining proper temperature and cleansing action on spindles. In addition, it prevents rancidity in the tank by preventing bacteria build-up which promotes stains and blockage to moistening pads or orifices.

MIXTURE: 1 quart Spindle Bright to 50 gallons water.

Spindle Bright is recommended for use at fifty gallons water or more to one quart concentrate in all mechanical cotton picker water tanks to prevent lint build-up, tank oxidation, moistener pad blockage, excessive wear and heat as well as improving doffing action by preventing stain build-up which can result in uneven doffer wear. Treated water is not fit for human consumption.
