Description:

622 Lubri-Tank is a water-soluble tank oil designed specifically for use in mechanical cotton pickers.

Composition:

Lubri-Tank is a carefully formulated emulsifying oil which mixes with water very easily without gumming, clabbering, or requiring special agitation or warm water. The use of a special penetrant gives exceptional performance in either hard or soft water. 622 Lubri-Tank prevents rust, corrosion and scale. It is non-staining, non-foaming, and will not turn rancid. Emulsion stabilizers prevent water and oil separation.

Performance Characteristics:

Lubri-Tank helps prevent lint build-up on spindles and lubricates pivot studs, picker bars, spindle and bevel gears, as well as preventing blockage of moistener pad orifices. Lubri-Tank improves doffing by maintaining proper temperature and cleaning action on spindles. In addition, it prevents tank oxidation and wear on metal parts.

Applications:

One to two gallons of 622 Lubri-Tank is recommended for mixing with 100 gallons of water in cotton picker water tanks, depending on the cotton.
