Description:

The new answer to today’s difficult lubrication problems is Good Stuff by Primrose – a white, extremely tacky and adhesive grease designed for the most rigorous operating conditions. Good Stuff is highly waterproof and provides the toughness necessary to protect equipment under extremely heavy loads.

Composition:

Good Stuff is formulated with Titanex™, and entirely new non-melt thickener system which gives exceptional pumpability and shear stability. In addition, it is empervious to water. Titanex is a non-melt thickener and combined with Equinox™, Good Stuff attains superior oxidation and thermal stability under extremely high temperatures. GS-70™ is the latest technology in extreme pressure protection. High-than-ever load carrying capacity is achieved with GS-70 in Good Stuff. GS-70 in combination with Titanex, provides superior protection against shock loading and protects expensive equipment against damaging water.

All the above properties are held together with Protex™ which provides excellent adhesion to metal to resist throw-out. Its excellent tackiness properties also provide great cohesiveness in the lubricant to prevent channeling. Protex is completely shear stable unlike polymer based tackifiers which are found in other greases.

Performance Characteristics:

Good Stuff will perform in a temperature range of -20ºF to 500ºF with excellent adherence and shear stability. It will not soften or melt under high temperatures and will not pound out or channel in a bearing. Good Stuff will not allow water to penetrate and will prevent rust or corrosion from occurring. In addition to all this, the extreme pressure protection afforded by Good Stuff’s exclusive GS-70 chemistry gives drastically reduced wear from metal-to-metal contact in bearings and equipment. Good Stuff has achieved a 70 pound Timken OK Load Test. The performance characteristics of Good Stuff will allow extended greasing intervals and better equipment protection under the severest conditions in the widest range of applications.
