| Description: | Syn-O-Gen 790 is fully formulated universal motor oil. Due to its 5W30 viscosity grade, Syn-O-Gen 790 meets passenger car requirements for lighter viscosity multigrade engine oil while at the same time meeting diesel engine requirements. A 100% pure synthetic motor oil, Syn-O-Gen 790 is vastly superior to partial synthetics. | | Composition: | Syn-O-Gen 790 is formulated with pure synthetic hydrocarbon base stocks and polymers. It is fully compatible with all conventional mineral oil-based motor oils. Syn-O-Gen 790 is fortified with a high-detergent additive package with highly effective dispersants, making it suitable for engines where 5W30 may be used. Its low volatility compared to conventional light neutral based oils greatly reduces oil consumption. The high detergency plus the exceptional oxidation and thermal stability prevents deposits and oil breakdown, making much longer drain intervals possible. Special anti-wear additives in superior lubricating basestocks plus super engine cleanliness spells elimination of most wear and reduction of maintenance.
Syn-O-Gen 790 is formulated for arctic engine service with superior cold temperature performance. It also passes the viscosity requirements of the little-known SAE 0W-30 grade and will perform at low temperatures where other 5W30 oils will not even flow.
